Hi, I’m Dr. Carla

I’m a Chiropractor, Clinical Nutritionist and Occupational Therapist with over 20 years of experience helping patients of all ages, from newborns to adults, find healing and balance. My passion is supporting women through pregnancy and postpartum, caring for children (including those with special needs), and guiding families through their wellness journey.

I was born and raised in Puerto Rico, where I began my path in healthcare as an Occupational Therapist. Later, I completed my Doctorate in Chiropractic and Master’s in Clinical Nutrition in New York. Along the way, I earned my board certification in Clinical Chiropractic Pediatrics (DICCP), allowing me to specialize in pregnancy and pediatric care.

My approach is holistic, I look at the whole person: mind, body, and spirit. I combine chiropractic care with nutrition and functional medicine, homeopathy, and emotional release methods. My goal is to help uncover the root causes of imbalance and empower you to take control of your health and healing.

Whether you’re navigating pregnancy, supporting your child’s health, or working through your own physical or emotional challenges, I’m here to walk with you on the journey. I currently see patients in both New York City and Puerto Rico, as well as virtually for those who prefer remote healing and guidance.
