This type of care is the result of years of experience and evolution with Dr. Carla. Combining her 16 years as an occupational therapist with 15 years in functional medicine, clinical nutrition, chiropractic, and pediatric chiropractic, she brings a total of 31 years of expertise to the care of children with neurological disorders. Having treated hundreds of children with autism, ADHD, Tourette’s, PANDAS, and other conditions, Dr. Carla has developed a unique, evidence-informed methodology that helps children thrive in ways parents notice and equips parents to understand and connect with their children in ways they never thought possible.

At a time when, as parents, we had exhausted the process of therapies and completed all the tests recommended by our neurologist, we turned to Dr. Carla Vilches, who provided us with new, updated, and innovative alternatives to improve our son’s quality of life.
